Adrian Caruso B.Bus. MBA
				Founder, CEO, Head Consultant   Adrian Caruso is TA Fastrack's Founder and CEO. He is also our Head Consultant and Master Business Coach. Adrian is an entrepreneur, property developer and online and travel industry visionary, having been in the travel and tourism industry for over 23 years. He completed a Bachelor of Business with majors in Accounting, Management and Marketing at the Queensland University of Technology and is an industry author and keynote and educational speaker.

Adrian has been in and around the travel and tourism industry since the day he was born literally. His father, Comm. Carmelo Caruso OAM established one of Australia's first travel and tourism companies, back in 1950 in Brisbane, Australia. (Adrian is the little boy in the photo below)

After working in his father's travel and tourism businesses for several years, Adrian decided to go out on his own and started Caruso's Traveland in 1992 in one of Australia's largest shopping centres. At the age of 23 he was Australia's youngest franchisee for Traveland Pty Ltd.  Adrian progressively opened several more travel centres to become one of Traveland's largest franchise operators. This travel company still one of Australia's leading travel agents and now owned and operated by Adrian's brother. Adrian was also a pioneer in the on-line travel industry by launching one of Australia's first travel websites in 1994 www.traveland.net.au.

Adrian established TA Fastrack to share his own and his family's 56 years of travel and tourism expertise including owning some of Australia's most successful profitable travel and accommodation companies. His vision was also to create a team of Australasia's best travel, tourism and hospitality industry specialists, a vision that has been achieved.

Adrian also writes regular articles and columns for many industry publications including e-travelblackboard, Travel Weekly, TTG Asia, Tabs on Travel and the AAOA. Adrian also presents a regular series of workshops to the industry. Adrian is an experienced 'hands on' travel and tourism operator, consultants, business coach, and mentor who has been in the travel industry since the day he was born. He is a person who has been there and done it himself in the travel industry.
