30 day Quick Start Program
Our 30 day Quick Start program is designed for the business owner and/or manager who wants to 'quick start' their business and get it heading in the right direction. Suited for those businesses who don’t have the infrastructure for our more in-depth business coaching programs or just needs an injection of enthusiasm and guidance for 30 days.

How it works is simple. Over the years of working with these hundreds of other companies, we've developed a special process just to identify and fix those gaps. We call it a Fastrack Business Needs Analysis. A Business Needs Analysis is 90-minute phone interview that one of our coaches will conduct with you. In it, we ask a number of key, probing questions. Those probing questions are designed to help you and the coach on the other end of the phone line to quickly identify profit-building opportunities in your business. Normally, we find more than one and that's when our expertise really kicks in. Your coach will work with you to narrow the list down to those changes that are quickest to implement while still having the largest potential payoff - the golden opportunities!

Your coach will then work with you to develop an action plan to make the changes. This is where the 30 Days Quick Start Program starts (and the really powerful part of this program kicks in.) Every second working day after your Business Needs Analysis, you will have a 5-15 minute phone conversation with your coach. In it you'll report on your progress so far, and make commitments for the next 24 hours. Your coach will make suggestions, request commitments, and help you stay on track. Each day you will spend about 15-30 minutes implementing that day's profit-building project, working to fill that key hole in your business through which profits are leaking out. You're going to have to do some work - but it's work that will make a huge difference in improving your bottom line. (By the way, these changes oftentimes make a huge difference in reducing your personal stress levels and increasing your time away from work.)

At the end of 30 days you and your coach will do an analysis of the process.
